Flexi Hose Management
Our Flexi Hose Inspection Service are conducted by our QBBC licensed plumber, all hoses are checked for signs of ageing, bulging, kinks, fraying, stretching, rusting, watermark compliant, leaks & moisture and all hoses are photographed for proof of inspection & certification. It comes with an inspection report including photos that will be sent to you upon completion of the inspection, to be kept on file in case the need arises. As with our other services no need to worry about looking up a calendar, we will notify you 1 month before the inspection is due.
Flexi Hose Inspection should be undertaken every 12 months according to Suncorp new “Not Maintained Not Covered” policy, with most insurance companies following this lead. Our Body Corporates are in the same boat and may have potential future claims denied. Our annual inspection service has been set up to help ensure that these issues can be avoided with early detection that helps to protect you and your clients apartments and buildings from potential loss of claims.
While an inspection is just that and no one can determine if and when a hose will burst, it is our aim to make sure all possible steps are put into place to “Protect your Assets”.
